The 3.5% booking fee applies to the session subtotal and is included in the booking total, regardless of how the remaining balance is paid. Any session crossing 10:00 pm to 5:00 am includes a 1.5x overnight hourly rate. Sessions booked less than 12 hours before start include a $45 same-day bounce fee. Unpaid booking holds expire after 15 minutes. Deposits are non-refundable once a session time is held.
